Fourcities.ca is operated by Shakir Qureshi, Hometon Inc., Brokerage, for real estate information and seller enquiries in Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas. Questions about this policy can be sent to shakir@hometon.ca or directed to 647-545-6331.
Information you provide
When you request a seller review, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address, anticipated selling timeline, expected sale price, calculated savings estimate and consent to be contacted. Calculator values are not submitted until you send the contact form.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a property-specific discussion, operate and secure the website, maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use a seller-review request to send unrelated electronic marketing without the consent required by law.
Service providers
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and database storage, Resend to deliver lead notifications, and Google Analytics for optional website measurement. These providers process information on our behalf and may process data outside Canada under their own security and privacy practices.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads with advertising storage and personalization disabled. Analytics storage is enabled only after you select “Allow analytics.” Analytics events measure page use, calculator engagement, contact-form completion and contact-link clicks; names, email addresses, telephone numbers and property addresses are not intentionally sent to Google. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the website footer.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal requirements and legitimate business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may withdraw consent to future contact or request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us. Subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, you may also request deletion. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the calculator or submitting an enquiry.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
